Programs:

CAFIN PURPOSE

To support the health, education, and social needs of the underprivileged in and around Puerto Vallarta, Mexico primarily by supporting the charitable activities of our Mexico affiliate, the International Friendship Club of Puerto Vallarta.

PROGRAMS

Medical/Hospital

• Provide funds for the Cleft Palate Program of the International Friendship Club (IFC).

• Provide free  follow-up hospital care and therapy for needy children; also corrective eye, ear and bone surgery as well as burn treatment.

• Provide free medications to needy patients of all ages.

• Provide monthly financial support to the local Rehabilitation Clinic in their work with physically disabled as well as the local Red Cross

• Patrocinio Program - person to person method to help any individual in need.

• Provide Medical Assistance for disaster victims (flood, fire, etc.)

Education/Youth

• Provide construction materials and labor for classroom construction in local, needy, outlying areas.

• Provide educational supplies (Blackboards, Pencils, etc.) to schools.

• Financially support Mexico/America Foundation - Becas Scholarship Program

• Financially Support the Public Library - Pro Biblioteca de Vallarta

(NOTE:  all installation of materials and donation of supplies are overseen to assure they are used only for the purpose intended)

Community Service

• Provide funds for monthly food program for children as well as a food program operated by local non-denominational church group (First Baptist Church of Vallarta).

• Request donations of clothing, bedding, household goods, personal hygiene materials, medical equipment, etc. for distribution to the needy including those supported by Arturo y Los Hijos de Dios and Casa Ama.

• Provide monthly funds for local R.I.S.E. Orphanage
